He is survived by: his sister Anne Potter; his children, Amanda Welliver, Ashley Capps (Welliver), Rachel Williams, Serenity Morgan, Barbie Howard and Adam Welliver; and his grandchildren, Tayliegh, Raelynn, Brynlee, Nimley, Mason, Gavin, Kaitlyn, Christian, Anthony, Nicole and Katlyn. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
