She is survived by: her son Stephen (Dee) of Topeka; and her grandchildren, Ryan Johnson (Nicole), Keith Johnson (Melissa) and Jeff Goodnow (Kim). She is also survived by 8 great-grand children.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Phyllis's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
