She was predeceased by: her significant other Aaron Lynn Jones "Stinky". She is survived by: her mother Emetria Wheeler; her siblings, Delron, James and Donnetta Wheeler; her children, Rotasha Grant, Jaylyn, Quinesha', Quin'tajah and Don'tajah Jones; her grandchildren, Jovanie, Josiah, Jahnae, Joshua, Jahvire, Jahnyla, Ty'aire and Aaire; her friend Catina Williams; her mother-in-law Marian Kennedy Jones "Sis"; and her godmother Sylvia Ortiz. She is also survived by uncle, a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church (610 SE Lime St, Topeka, KS 66607). Due to COVID and its lasting effects, Quindella eventually retired from the Shawnee County Jail, where she served as Commissary Manager.
