He is survived by: his wife Debbie Field-Kresie; his children, Scott Kresie (Taylor) and Elizabeth Dempsey (Wes); his grandchildren, Lily, Sadie, Molly, Bailey, Randi and Thomas; and his sister Karen Follett (Kevin).
A funeral service was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Countryside United Methodist Church (3221 SW Burlingame Rd, Topeka, KS 66611). A graveside service was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mount Hope Cemetery (4700 SW 17th St, Topeka, KS 66604).
