He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Fox and Hazel Fae Foster Fox; his siblings, Judy Beeman, Trudy Butcher and Larry Davis; and his stepparents, Dale Laird and Mallie Laird.
He is survived by: his brother Brad Fox (Teri) of Topeka. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
