He was predeceased by: his father Richard Dean Crook. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Crook; his mother Norma Jean Crook Caldwell (Jerry); and his siblings, Linda Gleason (Andy), Dennis Crook (Nancy) and Keith Crook (Karen). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
