He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie C. Cash and Sybil A. Cash (Cunningham); and his sister Marie Seets. He is survived by: his wife Glenna; his daughters, Tammy Lewis (Harry) and Gina Cash; his grandson Christopher Lewis; and his nephew Steven Seets.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Kansas Department of Wildlife Fish and Fisheries Fund.
