He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Hein, Carolyn Berilla (Nick), Elizabeth McGreevy, Robert Lacy (Sarah) and Allison Nyquist (Brian); his grandchildren, Matthew Hein, Reed Hein, Lacy Hein, Ryan Berilla, Beau Berilla, Ian Berilla, Patrick Lacy, Anna Lacy, Madison Nyquist and Melissa Nyquist; his great grandchildren, Hudson Hein, Reese Berilla, Hunter Berilla and Harper Berilla; and his sister Lois Replogle.
