He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Pemberton and Maybelle Pemberton (Bradshaw); and his daughters, Teri Culberth and Dironda Thurlow. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Pemberton (Pond); his daughter Cathy Norris (Sam); and his sister Bobbie Jean Price. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
