Robert N. Waggoner Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert N. Waggoner of Topeka, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 11, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Waggoner and Carrie Waggoner (Blankenship); his wife Margaret June Levings; his son-in-law Shane Kingman; and his brothers, Virgil and Larry Waggoner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Kingman, Bonnie Stovall (Chuck), Traci Miner and Trisha Schooler (Chad); and his grandson Paul Waggoner (Janae). He is also survived by grandchildren and 27 beloved great-grandchildren.
