Robert left this world on September 27, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his former wife Maria Elena (Carreno); and his wife Arlene (Samuelson). He is survived by: his children, Diane Baysinger (Robert), Cindy Donley (Greg), Bobbie Jo Rodriguez Salazar and Robert James Whitcomb. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cornerstone Community Church (7620 SW 21st St, Topeka, KS 66615).
