He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall W. Whitehead and Mattie A. Powell. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Whitehead (Margaret) of Topeka; his children, Shane Whitehead of Topeka and Robin Hubbard (Sean) of Carbondale; and his grandchildren, Ethan Baker (Hannah) of Wichita, Chester Hubbard of Manhattan, Kiwenke Hubbard of Topeka, Rayn Baker of Carbondale and Joshua Baker of Carbondale.
