He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Dale Adkins, Sr. and Betty Jane Navarro; his wife Connie Sue Adkins (Doherty); and his brothers, John Adkins and Randy Adkins.
He is survived by: his children, Miranda Rae Adkins and Brent Lee Adkins; his grandchildren, Aneesa Woltje, Trey Woltje and Kaylee Aireanna Tobias; his great grandchildren, Phoenix Root and Arwyn Woltje; and his siblings, Fred Adkins, Jr., Debbie Murphy, Angela Sanders, Ramona Navarro, Greg Navarro and Ray Navarro.
