He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Barnard and Dorothy J. Cobb (Hickman); his sister Judy E. Webster; and his great grandchild Gwendolyn Shandy. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie A. Lollar; his daughters, Ronnita Shandy (David) of Olathe, KS and Brenda Diveley (Dean) of Highland, KS; his brothers, Gary Cobb (Ruby) of Richmond, MO and James "Jim" Cobb of Woodstock, NY; his grandchildren, Joshua Shandy (Allison), Nicholas Shandy (Elizabeth), Marshall Diveley (Brittany), Aisha Mitchell (Jarret) and Stetson Diveley; and his great grandchildren, Aspen Shandy, Samuel Shandy, Clara Shandy, Emery Mitchell, Jeremiah Mitchell, Nora-Jane Mitchell and Clayton Mitchell.
