He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rumsey and Ferne Rumsey. He is survived by: his brother Rick Rumsey; his children, Jennifer Falk (Chris) and Ryan Rumsey (Natalie); his grandchildren, Hanna Anderson (Mark), Taylor Falk, Rylie Rumsey and Lilly Rumsey; his great grandchildren, Brynn, Ivy, Ember and Boone; his niece Jodi Yerta (Ricke); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dr. Trey Yerta (Ellie) and Trevin Yerta. He is also survived by companion and the love of his life.
A memorial service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home (1321 SW 10th Ave, Topeka, KS 66604). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
