We bid farewell to Ronald A. Stevens of Topeka, Kansas, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 8, 2025 at the age of 89. Ronald touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As Ronald departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Ronald. Though Ronald may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Stevens and Bloydwyn Aston Stevens; and his wife Emmy Lou Stevens. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Terri Winowich (Greg) of Concord, NC. and Ted Lubeck (Tom Kelley II) of Scranton, PA.; his pet Stubby; his son-in-law Timothy Mesa; and his grandchildren, Shawn Merideth (Corinne), Matthew Merideth and Michael Mesa.
The inurnment will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (3616 SW 6th Ave, Topeka, KS 66606).
