He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Wright and Orinda Wright (Costa); and his brother Larry D. Wright. He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey Perry (Todd) of Rossville and Christi Desormiers (Tavis) of Seneca, Kansas; and his sister-in-law Carol Wright. He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great-grandson.
