Rose Morris Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Rose Morris in Topeka, Kansas. Rose, born on December 31, 1932, passed away on September 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Wessel and Rose Osterhaus Wessel; her husband Warren Morris; her son Michael Morris; her grandson Zachary Morris; and her siblings, Lorena Koch, Leona Wessel, Dorothy Wessel, Alvina Brucken, Clara Reiter, Raymond, Adrian, Galen, Bernie, Leonard and Regis (Elmer Wessel).
She is survived by: her children, Carol Fickler (Jack), Steve Morris (Pam) and Mark Morris (Julie); and her brother Paul Wessel. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
A Mass was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the She Attended Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church (3601 SW 17th St, Topeka, KS 66604). Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Most Pure Heart of Mary Church (3601 SW 17th St, Topeka, KS 66604). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
