She was predeceased by: her parents, Gregorio Trujillo and Feliza Trujillo (Acosta); her husband Miguel C. Padilla; her sons, Ignacio "Bobby" Padilla and James Arthur "Jimmy" Padilla; and her siblings, John, Maurice, Mike Trujillo, Antonia Gonzalez, Josephine Savedra, Julia Perez and Irene Negrete.

She is survived by: her sons, Michael A. Padilla (Veronica "Ronnie) of Topeka, Daniel L. Padilla (Karla) of Topeka and David A. Padilla of Topeka; and her grandchildren, Brian Padilla, Janice Padilla Eliot, Corey Padilla, Roxanne Nielsen, Angela Slatten, Nathan Padilla, Alexis Padilla, Megan Padilla, Alyssa Padilla, Damian Padilla, Lucero Padilla, Laurel Padilla and Isabel Padilla. She is also survived by three great-granddaughters and 18 great-grandsons.

Memorial contributions can be made in Rose's memory to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church and/or Midland Care Hospice.
