Ruby P Trahoon Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Golden and Mildred Golden; her husband Rolland Trahoon; her siblings, Bonnie Redmon, Lonnie Golden, Carl Golden and Raymond "Gene" Golden; and her brother-in-law Edward Redmon.

She is survived by: her children, Mellody Trahoon-Harrison (David), Stacy Trahoon of Topeka and Rolland Trahoon II (Debbie) of Emporia; her grandchildren, Haley Harrison-Lee (Deron), Gabriella Harrison (Stephen), Tyler Trahoon (Lindsey), Tagan Trahoon (Kristi) and Seth Flowers; her siblings, Delores Borough (Richard) and James Golden (Madelene); and her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Golden and Leota Golden. She is also survived by her five great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dove Southwest Chapel (3700 SW Wanamaker Rd, Topeka, KS 66610). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (3033 SW Macvicar Ave, Topeka, KS 66611). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at the West Lawn Memorial Gardens (820 SW Auburn Rd, Topeka, KS 66615).
