She was predeceased by: her parents, Buford H. Welch and Pauline G. Welch (Dennis). She is survived by: her children, Mark Hoover (Kate) of Overland Park and Traci Hallacy (Tim) of Topeka; and her grandchildren, Paige Hallacy (Jordan Fowler) of Kansas City, Blake Hallacy of Topeka, Lauren Hoover and Brett Hoover of Overland Park.
