It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Lee Stroup of Topeka, Kansas, born in Corpus Christi, Texas, who passed away on February 7, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son William Earnest Meredith (Billy); and her parents, Lula Mae and Donald A. Bower. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Lewis (Robert) and Patricia Dugan; her grandchildren, Cristina, Melissa, Jennifer, Alex, Megan, Weston and Jodie; and her brothers, Scott and Don Bower. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
