She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Thomas and Gladys "Marie" Holthusen; her children, Alford "Dean" Shaver, Liz Shaw, Christopher Holthusen and Sandy Shaver; and her son-in-law Bobby Bingham.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Shannon, David "Bubba" Shaw, Kyla Rae and Darren Shaver; her children, Walter Shaver (Joyce) of Topeka and Sherry Bingham of Meriden, KS.; and her siblings, Gina Castille (Richard) of Crestview, FL, Christina Dilley of Topeka, KS, Dick Holthusen (Georgia) of Topeka, KS and Mike Holthusen (Sarah) of Topeka, KS. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
