She is survived by: her husband Arthur Hulter; and her children, Jeric McCoy (Jackie), Randy Hulter (Shannon Laframboise), Katie Hulter and Aryn McCoy (Kacey Wiltz). She is also survived by grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and countless friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Southern Baptist Church (1912 SW Gage Blvd, Topeka, KS 66604).
