He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Patrick McGinnis, Jr. and Mary Loretta Rezac McGinnis. He is survived by: his wife Linda McGinnis; his children, Erin McGinnis and Stephen Matthew McGinnis; and his siblings, Rita McGinnis, Greg McGinnis, Mary Jo Hobbs, John McGinnis and Ed McGinnis.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Topeka Bible Church (1101 SW Mulvane St, Topeka, KS 66601).
