With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Vernon Chance in Topeka, Kansas, born in Phillipsburg, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvie Chance and Esther Chance (Frazier); and his brother Ronald Chance. He is survived by: his wife Karen Chance; his daughters, Coleen Watson (David) and Robin Stumbaugh; his grandchildren, Dalton Moritz, Kaleb Chance, Jalen Chance, Alexis Watson, Matthew Watson, Noah Hart, Brandon Hart and Logan Stumbaugh; and his great grandchildren, Jonah Hart, Dalton Moritz Jr. and Dillon Moritz.
