He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Thomas Milazzo and Stephanie Florence Milazzo (Martorana); his sisters, Frances Lee Milazzo and Rosemary Malito; his brother-in-law Dominic Malito; and his niece Vicki Gertner.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Zeller (Mike), Mike Milazzo, Patti Koerner (Mike), Rita Wilson (Rick) and Heidi Milazzo (Clay Culbert); his siblings, Ben Milazzo (Val) and Bernadette Westberg (Paul); his grandchildren, Joshua Wilson, Matthew Koerner, Emilee Procopis, Michael Kaleb Milazzo, Luke Zeller and Josef Milazzo; and his great grandchildren, Kayden Wilson, Lane Wilson, Lennix Wilson, Jaxson Wilson, Jack Procopis, Georgie Procopis, Cruz Koerner, Shaya Koerner and Brooks Thomas Milazzo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
