William left this world on September 24, 2025 at the age of 96, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara McCullough; and his children, William "Billy" McCullough (Billy) and Sherry Talley. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Thomas James McCullough and Chelsie Calvert; his grandson-in-law Dane Calvert; and his daughter-in-law Cathy McCullough.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Crestview United Methodist Church (2245 SW Eveningside Dr, Topeka, KS 66614). A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (3616 SW 6th Ave, Topeka, KS 66606).
