He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Martin (Lee), Michelle Juarez (Sean) and Will Peden (Mary); his grandchildren, Marissa, Heath, Amanda, Jade, Samuel, Luke, Ashley (Jazmine), Hunter and Brandon; and his siblings, Vicki Schaefer and Chuck VanHoutan.
