She is survived by: her children, Janice K. Ridgeway (Clyde), Melva Crum-Sanders (Jerome), Darrell E. Freelon (Remona), Rev. May E. Hall, Brenda S. Harvey (Howard), Joel L. Freelon (Donna), Rev. Shirley D. Heermance, Lawrence S. Freelon (Shelly), Charles E. Freelon, Jr. (Marie) and John L. Freelon, Jr. (Melonie). She is also survived by Great-great Grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul AME Church (501 Park Ave, Columbia, MO 65201). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
