He was predeceased by: his parents, Bishop Tracy and Lois Tracy (McGregor). He is survived by: his wife Gail Goodrum; his children, Teena Tracy, Tara Beitz (Jason) of Eureka, Kelly Gilhaus and J. T. Smith; his grandchildren, Hadley Shaffer (Brandon Stover), Cassidy Collins (Cody), Kendall Beitz, Kolby Beitz (Kassidy Weaver) and McKenna Gilhaus; his siblings, Elva Wing (Jim) and Oran Tracy (Brenda); and his sister-in-law Janet Barnett (Warren Coleman) of Overland Park.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Town Hall (Former Yc Christian Church) (201 S Main St, Yates Center, KS 66783). A memorial service was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
