She was predeceased by : her mother Iva Rhea Smith; her husband Bernie (Bernie); and her siblings, Margaret Shacklett, Lee Kimball, Jean Cobb, Wanda Vester and Eldon Smith.
She is survived by : her father Herman Smith; her children, Trudy, John Thorburn, Brent, Beth Nemechek and Blake; her grandchildren, Ryan (Nicole Thorburn), Jenna Thorburn, Amy (Pete Michalczyk), Rhett Thorburn, Nick (Jenifer Nemechek), Andrew Nemechek and Cody Nemechek; her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Gabrielle, Addison, Hayden, Payton, Rylee, Harper and Hadley; and her brother Herman Smith Jr..
