He is survived by: his children, Ashley Matt (Mark), Aubrey Bruns (Jeremy), Addiston Ellsworth (Ethan), Allyson Ellsworth and Alyxandrea Ellsworth; his grandchildren, Brooklee, Kaylee, Kiefer, Brennen and Braxton; his siblings, Rhonda Ellsworth, Thomas Ellsworth (Patrice) and Cheryl Henry (Mick); and his sister-in-law Dianne Ashworth. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and many good friends.
