He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Fenley and Lillian Fenley (Wiskowski); and his brother David Fenley. He is survived by: his wife Marillyn (Clark); his children, Kacie Fenley, Garrett Fenley, Paige Knudson (Michael) and Bryan Salisbury (Megan); his grandchildren, Danica, Lincoln Salisbury, Archie Knudson, Cylence Cranfield (Jake) and Emma Gould; and his sister Geri Lynn Parscale. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Doniphan County Pet Rescue.
