As Randy departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Randy. Though Randy may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwayne Foley and Ethel Mae Foley. He is survived by: his siblings, Ivan Foley (Linda) of Platte City, Dana Foley of Wathena and Gayla Kiefer (Mike) of Wathena; and his grandchildren, Chandler, Ariz, Lori Vertin (Kevin) of Wathena and Trudy Vertin (Alan) of Platte City.
