It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Tackett (Troy, Kansas), born in Leavenworth, Kansas, who passed away on April 18, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Raymond Tackett and Nina Tackett (Feverly); his significant other Norma Mez of Troy; his children, Robyn Smith (Duane) of Denison, TX, Billy Ray of Missouri and Chad Ray of Billings, MT; and his siblings, Ronald of Jamestown, CA and Sandra Lewis of Castro Valley, CA. He was also cherished by two grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

“Sorry to hear about your loss. May you find comfort from the scriptures. The man Job from the Bible once ask " If a man dies, can he live again. (Job 14:14) Our Heavenly Father Jehovah (Psalms 83:18) made that possible that we can. He sent his only begotten son Jesus Christ our Saviour to this earth to die for us so that we may live. (1 John 4:9 and John 5:28,29) We look forward to the day when "no one will say I am sick". ( Isaiah 33:24) The promise at Revelation 21:3,4 is just in our near future when death, pain and sorry will be a thing of the past. May you find peace. Many prayers are with Mr. Raymond Tackett's family.”
