He was predeceased by: his parents, Maude Adkins and Frank Adkins; and his son Patrick Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Terry Adkins; his children, Bonnie Adkins (Robert Hixson), Michelle Woods (Donnel Woods), Charlotte Lambert (Rocky Murry) and Clint Lambert; and his siblings, Delbert, Cleo and Joyce. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
