He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Bolen and Margene Bolen (Knop). He is survived by: his wife Gayle Diane Bolen (Letholt); his sons, Bryce Bolen (Brandi) of Andale and Blake; his brothers, Gale Bolen (Jane) of Pratt and Bob Bolen (Deana) of Pratt; and his grandchildren, Briley of Andale, Brin Bolen of Andale, Grant (JemiKay) of Pratt, Beau of Pratt and Jacob Bolen of Pratt.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
