He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Pennington; and his son Gregory Latham. He is survived by: his daughters, Kala Oaks (Jeff) of Vernal and Annie Latham of Vernal, Utah. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
