She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter L. Swinton and Wanda Jurlean Catlin Swinton of Medicine Lodge, KS.; her husband Lloyd; her brother Ellsworth Swinton; her great grandchild Gage Teel; and her great great grandchild Adalynn Teel.
She is survived by : her grandchildren, Gregory Teel (Allison) of Purcell, OK, Anthony Rider of Popular Bluff and Dusti Rider of Popular Bluff; her daughter Tammy (Kevin Wallace); and her sister-in-law Shirly Swinton Froleich. She is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces, and her church family.
Jurlean requests memorial donations made to Un Wed Mother's or the abused children's home in Owasso, OK, or the Hope Pregnancy Center in OKC, OK.
