He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Orin and Dolly Rozine Green (Jennings); and his sons, Mark and David. He is survived by: his former wife Joan Stafford; his children, Sheryl Green, Holly, Stephen (Homer) and Erin Green; his former wife Edith Goggin of Johnstown, PA; his grandchildren, Zaylee, Madisyn, Cameron, Maverick, Logan, Halee, Peyton, Molly, Mason, Katrianna, Dylan, Scottie, Andrea, Zach, Emily, Erika, Benjamin, Braydon, Blake, Paisley, Paige and Bubby; his wife Eydie; Charles Meredeth Green, Shirley Jane Hawkins and Donna Marie Starks. He is also survived by five siblings.
