He was loved and cherished by many people including: wife: Betty Garcia; children: Courtney Garcia, Matthew (Greg) Garcia, Veola Sullivan, Amy (Arthur) Slaughter, and Philip (Stephanie) Sullivan; brothers: Jae Garcia and Richard Garcia; parents: Peter and Catherine (Madrill) Garcia; 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pratt County Veterans Memorial.
