She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Fowler and Nora Fowler (King); her former husband Gary A. Riedel; her husbands, William Bailey, Jr. and Alvin Smith; her son Stephen Riedel; and her siblings, Edgar Fowler and Donna Cozort.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christy Gray (Raymond) and Sonya Twitchell (Louis); her grandchildren, Ashley, Michael, David and Kylea (Chase); her great grandchildren, Malaki, Brantley, Bradyn and Grayson; and her brother Bruce Fowler (Lurena).
The family suggests memorial contributions can be made to the Southview Church of God; these may be left with the funeral home or mailed in care of David W. Barnes Funeral Home 306 N. Cline Rd. Coffeyville, KS 67337.
