She was predeceased by: her parents, James Arthur and Leila Jane Hobbs of Indiana; her husband Vallon Harper; and her siblings, Bernice Wickersham (Robert), Mary "Louis" Weis (Ed) of Indiana, Violet "Deloros" of Indiana, Juanita, Kathleen "Jeanetta", James Jr., Irvin William "Henry" and Donald Baily.
She is survived by: her children, Russell (Debbie) of Broaddus, Eddie (Kim) of Derby, Donnie (Fong) of Broaddus, Dave of Udall, Sharron of Costa Rica, Suzetta of Costa Rica, Lajuana of Costa Rica and Vallerina (Alan) of Udall. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
A burial will be held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Independence Cemetery.
