It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo McNeel of Ulysses, Kansas, born in Syracuse, Kansas, who passed away on July 8, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her mother Patricia E. Carter (Bless); and her husband John Thomas McNeel. She is survived by : her father Willis Carter of Ulysses; her daughters, Heather Jones (Walter) of Mustang and Amy BridenstIne (Keith) of Tyrone, Oklahoma; her sisters, Debra Fetterolf (Jody) of Denton, Sherrie Bryan (De) of Liberal and Lori Cole of Satanta; and her grandchildren, Gage, Callen Bridenstine and Jaylynn Jones. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
