He was predeceased by : his mother Lois Imogene Hileman (Rose); and his brother Larry Hileman. He is survived by : his son Shannon Maughlin (Charley) of Dighton; his sister Debbie Long (Marty) of Ulysses; his sister-in-law Carmen Long of New Braunfels, Texas; and his grandchildren, Brianna and Chevy Maughlin.

Memorial contributions may be given to St. Catherine Hospice in care of Garnand Funeral Home, 405 W. Grant Ave, Ulysses, KS 67880.
