He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Kenneth, Sr. and Edith Gertrude Patterson (Penka); his wife Joann Spencer; his son Joe Bob; his stepdaughters, Leann Moore and Alice Hook; his grandchildren, Julie Ann, Franklin Tyrone, Wyndee and Raynie; and his great grandchild Zoey.
He is survived by: his children, Norman Patterson (DiAnna) of Ulysses and Tami Chandler (Gary) of Ness City, Kansas; his grandchildren, Chris Patterson, Shawn Patterson, Seth Chandler, Shelby Chandler, Cassie Schemm, Makayla Syslo, Kelsey Clinton and Dusty Moore; his great grandchildren, Emmaline, Wyatt, Liam, Lorealie, Penelope and Gennesis; Jake.
