We are sad to announce that, on March 15, 2026, at the age of 86, Monica Rowton of Ulysses, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, F. D. Holland and Ruth Holland; her husband Keith Rowton of Leoti; her brothers, Walter and Daniel Holland; her nephew Roy Rowton; her brother-in-law Kenneth Rowton; her parents-in-law, George and Mary Rowton; her sisters-in-law, Adeline Mays and Georgia Griem; her nieces, Vicki Burch and Nancy Griem; and her nephew Werner Burch.
She is survived by: her pet Kaidyn; her daughter Kendra Euliss; her grandchildren, Starla Burnum (Douglas Burnum) of Ulysses and Keith Euliss of Ulysses, KS; her great grandchild Ethan Burnum of Ulysses; her sisters, Frankie Rowton (Jim) of Leoti and Debbie Bush (Lance) of Garden City; her sister-in-law Lyla Burch (Les) of Hartshorne; her niece Pam Ellis (Mader); her grandchildren, Jeremy Taylor, Tesley Rupp (Taylor), Monica Teeter, Airen Moon, Amanda Farmer-Hamilton, Kristi Kerst-Day and Adrienne Rodriguez (Annie); and her sisters, Delores Mader and Charlene Becht. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Furever Friends of Grant County Kansas, or Mary, Queen of Peace Catholic Church, in care of Garnand Funeral Home, 405 W. Grant Ave., Ulysses, KS 67880.
