He was predeceased by : his parents, Webber Rubart and Inez Rubart (Hunt); and his siblings, Mary Sanchez, Ethel McGhee and Donald Rubart.

He is survived by : his daughter Teresa; his wife Dorothy Crooks; his daughters, Jackie Beall (Wendell) and Debbie Sneyd (Kenney); his son-in-law Greg Grounds; and his sister Charlotte Mueller. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
