We bid farewell to Shirley Mae Williams of Ulysses, Kansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 10, 2025 at the age of 87. Shirley Mae touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Elias and Cleo Louise Pointer (Tope); her husband Jim; her daughter Karah Shawn Williams; her granddaughter Karah Dawn Core; her brothers, Dean Pointer (Neva) and Floyd Pointer (Glenda); and her stepfather Ralph Earnest.
She is survived by: her children, K. C. Williams (Kathy) of Edmond, Oklahoma, Kathy Allen (Tom) of Garden City and Christine Norton (Neil) of Hugoton, Kansas; and her grandchildren, Skylar Allen, Andrew Allen (Kathleen), Aaron Allen, Jayme Norton, Destiny Hanks (Chris), Kayla Chenault (Peyton), Kody Williams and Carla Dravis. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; extended family and many friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Oasis Church (712 E Hampton Rd, Ulysses, KS 67880).
